CSV and XLSX cleaning, format checks, header analysis and original guidance work without a provider. DNS diagnostics, encrypted reports and verification keys use the account service. Mailbox verification needs a configured provider.
Seed placement, continuous blocklist monitoring, discovery and shared credits are not active services in this release.
