Data Processing Addendum (Template)

This template describes how MailMaid.Ai processes Customer Personal Data as a processor on behalf of the Customer, subject to the underlying Subscription Agreement. Replace bracketed sections when executing.

1. Subject matter and duration

Processing is for providing the Services during the Subscription Term.

2. Nature and purpose

Email drafting, triage, scheduling, and related features.

3. Categories of data subjects and data

Customer end users, contacts, and meeting attendees; email content, metadata, calendar events.

4. Security measures

Encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, logging, vulnerability management.

5. Sub‑processors

List maintained on the Security page. Customer consents to changes via email notice.

6. International transfers

Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

7. Deletion and return

On termination, Customer may export data; we delete within 30 days unless required by law.
